It sucks when the people you genuinely care about prove you right on your negative feelings and perceptions on how people really are. Luckily, its the ones you never doubt or prove your pessimism wrong that I’m grateful for. I can finally say I’m in a place in life right now that feels “right.” I’ve found someone who makes the world around me disappear when I’m with him, I finally got my act together and will be done with school before I know it, I have friends who know the definition of the word, and I’ve landed something well paying thats giving me job experience with a good resume to boot. Thats not to say life is completely without chaos, but those few key factors make it seems minuscule in the much larger picture. Now, knock on wood! Literally! I’m not dumb enough to fall for those old tricks again. Once things finally seem to be panning out, life throws me a curve ball to make me a bitchy anti-social twit who hates life. Whomp, whomp, whomp…
I know I’m late on the bandwagon, but my mom got me the Leopard OS for my Mac today. I’m actually stuck in the office right now because thats installing and I was sitting in my chair twiddling my thumbs like an asshole; Impatiently waitng. I can’t do much beyond blog on this computer, so it needs to hurry upon. I guess I’ll just go find something to randomly clean, organize, or sanitize. Or steam.. I like steaming clothes lately.
Also, I’m quite aware that it’s September 11th. I’m sure many of us have deep emotions about this date, but I just don’t feel its necessary to make an entire blog about it to get hits for updating and give something for people to just read. My deepest emotions still go out to the loved ones who lost someone on that day.
So glad things are going well for you.
I feel like I’m about ready to jump on that anti-social, hating life, banwagon. After reading your post I think I’ll just keep trying.

I have yet to upgrade my Mac to Leopard, but oh well. I’ve been thinking about getting a Macbook Pro sometime early next year so updating now would be a waste of money.
